Wedding fair season begins!

It's September, and so begins the new wedding fair season. And this is great news for Boudoir Superstar because it means we can get out to meet lots of lovely and beautiful brides-to-be and promote the business.

The first event is tomorrow evening at Confetti and Lace in Harrogate, closely followed by Ultimate Brides 2010 at the Magna Centre in Rotherham on Sunday. And there's bound to be an on-the-day discount for anyone booking a Boudoir Superstar session, hint hint lol!

Also, in preparation for the forthcoming fairs, we have put together a sexy 'Little Black Book' album, which will feature in the new packages we will be offering to clients. Each package will include hair styling and make-up, a full session with several outfit and set changes, photo re-touching, and either a finished album or a selection of images on disc. We will still be offering our 'a la carte menu' too for those wanting to have their free session only first and decide on individual products after.Best of both worlds! More details will be on our website shortly along with professional images of the show book. In the meantime, here's a little sneak peek...

Sexy new lights to make our framed images sparkle

All we need now is the new flooring down next week and then to bring all the lovely vintage-style furniture in. We've already had a shuffle round and it looks so much better and will make moving around and watching our big screen slideshows much better. As for the studio, the transformation continues and the lingerie and props continue to come in, all ready for our first vintage / pin-up boudoir shoots in less than a fortnight.

Sneak peek

Hello sexy mamas!

It's an exciting time at Boudoir Superstar HQ right now! The customer lounge is undergoing a massive transformation as I type, it's looking very gorgeous and will be ready next week - we can't wait! The studio is also being spruced up too with a swap round, new backdrops and props and new and improved storage for our growing collection of boudoir and vintage pin-up clothes, underwear and accessories. Our test shoots are now less than a fortnight away, so please follow us, bookmark us or add us to your Google Reader account to keep up-to-date and to see it first!

Celebrating all things retro!

Ok, so we can't whisk you off to Goodwood I'm afraid, but we can still offer some 1950s glamour! 

Starting next month, Boudoir Superstar will be offering vintage boudoir sessions, complete with retro hair and make-up, vintage costumes and some super-cute old props. 

We have our promotional shoot on September 14th, which we can't wait for, and we'll definitely be sharing the results as soon as humanly possible after. Until then, feel free to ask for more details or book your own shoot - our special £20 session and free framed 5x7 print offer continues and watch this space for more details of our special packages!

Step back in time

Boudoir Superstar is going vintage!

And we need one lucky volunteer to model for us, some time around September 14-17. Our model will receive a free shoot and a CD of high-resolution re-touched images from the session, worth several hundred pounds. In return all we ask is that you must be female, aged between 25 and 35, available during the day on one of the above dates and able to do/have done your own make-up and hair in a vintage style. And, of course, you must be willing to allow us to use the photos taken for promotional purposes, including on our website, blog and to show to potential new clients. 

To apply, please e-mail info@boudoirsuperstar.co.uk and tell us a bit about yourself, and include a recent photo if you can. Sorry, but there's no fee for the shoot and we can't cover any travel or other expenses.

Boudoir Superstar - On Tour!

Well, sort of anyway!

This Saturday (July 17th) the Boudoir Superstar team will be at the Busy Baby Show under the guise of the Lincroft Studios portrait side of the business. But the special offer vouchers that we will have on sale can also be used for a Boudoir Superstar shoot too. All you have to do is get yourself down to Benton Park School, Rawdon, Leeds, between 10am and 3.30pm, and snap up one of our beautiful hand-crafted gift vouchers, which entitles the bearer to a shoot and a free framed 5x7 image. They make the perfect gift too. This special offer is available for £20 on the day of the show only (unless you have one of our exclusive special offer flyers).

Do Tell The Bride (But Don't Tell The Groom!)

Boudoir Superstar is delighted to have booked in the lucky competition winner from a recent Do Tell The Bride event at Leeds wedding venue Woodlands Hotel (pictured above) for a fabulous free shoot and framed image.

We had such a wonderful evening at this event - it was fabulous to meet so many lovely ladies, and our lucky winner is no exception.

We're really looking forward to working with her - and hopefully some more of you gorgeous girls - soon and we're certain she and her husband-to-be will be thrilled with the results. :)
